I was at the Barrie location. I loved that I could try stuff and they keep track of what you like - a wish list that my fiancé could choose something he knew I liked. He actually chose this store because he was blown away by the customer service. I ... had trouble with the sizing and comfort - they resized twice until it was a perfect fit and even changed part of the band so it was more comfortable on my hand and didn't twist around as much. No extra charges. Then I couldn't find a wedding band I liked so I showed them some pictures and they tracked down the ring for me. They are even getting it custom designed to fit our budget - little changes that don't take away from the appeal of the design, like a few less diamonds on the sides and different karat gold. The custom ring process is so much fun and all the staff members I have met with are fantastic at each of the D.C. Taylor stores, and, best of all, Creighton was absolutely amazing to work with.
